We are a Bulk Billing Practice, but there are some Services that are Not covered by Medicare and Fees may Apply.

Communication:

GP’s in the practice may be contacted during normal surgery hours. If the GP is with a patient, a message will be taken for the GP to return your call. Your call will always be put through to the GP in an Emergency. Sorry we are Not able to accept or send email communication due to privacy reasons. Patients are encouraged to arrange appointments to follow up on test results.

We welcome patient feedback, if you have concerns about the services you received, we request that you submit your concern in writing via our feedback form and hand it in at reception. All concerns will be addressed by our management team within 30 days.
